About Us
Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Lisa DiFebo grew up surrounded by family restaurants and Italian cooking traditions. After moving to the Bethany area in 1987, she opened DiFebo’s Café & Deli in 1989 in a small beach house, quickly earning a loyal following with her family’s homemade Italian recipes.
Lisa later attended the Culinary Institute of America, where she met her husband, Jeffrey Osias, whose diverse culinary background helped expand and evolve the DiFebo’s vision. Today, DiFebo’s has grown to three locations while continuing to honor generations of Italian family recipes, bringing fresh inspiration home from frequent trips to Italy.

DiFebo's Restaurant Group offers cooking demonstrations, hands-on cooking classes, tastings, pop-up events, wine dinners, and more. All events are ticketed and must be purchased through the event link provided. We are unable to accept event payments in person.
If an event is sold out, you may join the waitlist by emailing hannah@difebos.com. Please note that being added to the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket; it simply allows us to contact you if a spot becomes available due to a cancellation.
